Ordering

My Life On Time products are professionally "mom"-made created with durable materials and great care. Our website features an extensive line of what we offer. If you don't see something you are looking for, please email me and I will be happy to assist you. I have a sample brochure of our time management refills and necessities.

All printed product come with complimentary proofs. You will be able to proof your custom products viewing a PDF file in your e-mails. You will then be able to make any corrections and have final approval before your items go to print. I set an approval date so that the items go to print on time and are assembled in a timely manner. There are no additional fees for proofing. We work with you to make it work for you.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment. We ship most orders via U.S. Postal Service First-Class mail, which usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your address. We also offer the option of expedited shipping. We guarantee that your package will be shipped via the method you request. However, once your package leaves our home studio, we are not responsible for the package. You may add insurance for a nominal fee. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Customers will be notified of their order status and USPS tracking number via email.

Your shipping costs will be calculated and applied to your order once the order is placed. Only the actual shipping cost (will vary by destination) plus a $2.00 handling fee will be added. Shipping prices are based on current USPS rates. We will email you an invoice for the final amount due.

Returns

Given that all of the products are custom-prepared, My Life On Time does not accept returns and does not issue refunds. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Once your order has been proofed by you and processed for output, it cannot be changed. If there are any errors on the part of My Life On Time, they will be corrected in a timely manner.

Our Colors

We have tried our best to accurately display the colors of our products on our site. Some colors may vary from the screen to your final printed piece due to the various calibrations of browsers and monitors. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the colors of our products. If you have any questions or concerns about color, please feel free to contact me prior to ordering.
