Can I place an order online?

          We plan to have a detailed order form online soon under the build your planner link. This form will cover most of the details needed to begin work on your custom planner (themes, accessories, details such as names and special dates... etc.). We then work one-on-one with you to develop a product that matches your needs precisely. Usually within a day or two, we have an initial proof ready to be delivered via email. Once approved, the planner is produced, assembled, tissue-wrapped, and shipped. Turnaround time, after your approval, is usually a week.

Why does the color(s) on my order look different from what I see on the website?

          Slight variations in the printing process might occur from order to order. Colors may also vary slightly from hard copy samples. Actual colors shown on this website may vary slightly, as all monitors display colors differently based on individual capabilities.

How do I order a custom product?

          Custom orders are our specialty! This is when we can collaborate with our customers to create a planner so unique & distinctive. All My Life On Time products are highly personalized and customized.

What forms of payment do you accept?

          We accept credit card and personal checks. All credit card payments are made through PayPal. PayPal supplies a secure server and handles all the customer credit information. Both credit card and check payments need to be cleared before items are shipped.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

          My Life On Time planners are neatly and safely wrapped with white tissue paper and ribbon.

Are Gift Certificates available?

          Definitely! We'd be happy to create a gift certificate based on your gift-giving needs.

What shipping options do you have available and was is the cost?

          We do all of our shipping using the US Postal System with First Class or Priority Mail service. If you wish to have your order overnighted or insured, please inquire. Shipping is calculated based on zip code and weight. We can only determine this after your order is finalized.

Does MLOT collect sales tax?

          MLOT is required to collect sales tax in Texas only. All Texask residents will be charged sales tax. Other states will not be charged sales tax.

Are you involved with any charities?

          Yes! We are proud to support the Washington Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In 2008, we donated a Perfect Planner to benefit the 25th Annual Breath of Life Gala & Auction. We will donate another planner for the 2009 event. We plan to add other charitable contributions as our business grows!

What is your privacy and security policy in regard to my personal information?

          MLOT is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. The information collected in during the order process is solely for processing your order. We fulfill all of our orders in-house. We will not share, sell, or rent collected information in any way, other than where required by law.
